FAQ
If you’ve been feeling slightly sluggish, more tired than usual, or if something is simply niggling you health-wise, but you can’t quite put your finger on it, it might be time you saw a naturopath. Naturopaths use their experience, knowledge and know-how to help educate, inspire and empower their patients to reach optimum health via tweaks to their mindset, lifestyle and diet, and use methods including diet, herbs to help them reach their goals.
The time it takes to see tangible results will vary depending on both the patient, their ailment and their determination to address any health issues they’ve been experiencing. Some patients will see a change almost immediately, while others may have a longer wait. While working with a naturopath might mean you don’t reach your desired outcome overnight, your health will improve and change will happen – as long as you allow it to.
As a naturopath, I use a variety of different tools and techniques to help my patients overcome any health concerns they might have, and always do my best to work around their likes, dislikes; so if herbs are something a patient of mine would rather avoid, I can certainly work with that!
Again, the amount of appointments each patient needs is on a case by case basis, and depends on the goals they’re hoping to achieve, and the steps they’re able to take to achieve their goals. In my initial consultation with patients the amount of appointments needed is always discussed, and each plan is tailor-made to suit the needs of my patients.
