Our gut contributes to about 70 per cent of our immune system. Digestive problems allergies, autoimmune diseases, chronic fatigue and mood are ALL related to gut health and gut problems.

Your gut flora is imperative for good health, it contributes to weight, health and disease.

There are many things that disrupt healthy gut flora including stress, caffeine, poor diet, inadequate digestive enzymes, toxic overload and also antibiotics.

SEED: Add enzymes, fibre and prebiotics.
SEED: Add probiotics and probiotic foods such as kombucha, kefir and bone broth.
FEED Repair the damage to your gut by adding nutrients and vitamins that are helpful like glutamine, zinc, and omega fatty acids.
